In The Groove

It has been a whirlwind of life since my last post so I will fill you in, mostly with pictures.

The last days of training camp in Charlotte N.C. were great; I trained hard, high volume, high intensity. Not ideal preparation for the race at the end of the camp but the race was mostly for fun. Some highlights of the Camp would be the warm weather training! I love paddling on this course it is challenging and fun. Also we experienced US thanksgiving with a feast hosted by our American paddling friends, And Black Friday shopping! It was all great!!

It took a while to recoup when I got home. My Grandma (a wise, beautiful, smart, amazing woman) passed while I was on my way home. RIP Erna   xoxo
(Talen loves Erna)

Now I am back in the groove of training. It is too cold in Calgary to paddle so we are in the gym, on the erg (paddling machine), and on our skis!

Here are some photos from the las few weeks.
