Long time

I know it has been a long time since my last post. I have been enjoying the bust life at home in Calgary. I have been training hard preparing for todays fitness testing. And training up for our fall training in Charlotte, NC. I fly out to Charlotte at 7am tomorrow.

Last week my coach and team-mate and I went to a Grade 2 class to talk to them about kayaking. They were excited and energetic about kayaking. One boy asked "How manny toads tall are your trophies?"

And then when I was explaining what an eddy was on young boy said "EDDY, I have and uncle named Eddy!"

It was a lot of fun for the kids and me.
